Welcome back to my second instalment of my current wishlist. Ya'll know me by now, makeup is my life. It is what runs in my blood, and what gives me life. A tad overdramatic? maybe. If you have read my previous wishlist from last week, you would see the goodies I was eyeing off from Sephora. As I mentioned in that post, my best friend and I are planning to go down to the Gold Coast to visit the new Sephora store, which also happens to be near a Mecca store. I thought I would do up a few little sneaky wish lists of some things I am eyeing off to add to my collection.


Smashbox Primer Authority Try It Kit: I have been wanting to try the Smashbox Photo Finish Primer along with the Primer Water, and what better way to try it out by testing some travel sizes? I LOVE travel sizes because it lets you get a feel for a product, before you jump in and pay full price.

Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara: Another cult product I have heard amazing things about! I love my Maybelline Mascara's but I am always on the hunt for something that just makes my lashes pop!

Too Faced Cocoa Contour Kit: I have been eyeing this off for the better half of a year. I have heard amazing things about the Too Faced bronzers especially the Milk Chocolate one.

Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask: I can't for the life of me remember who was raving about this mask on Instagram last week, but when I looked into it I was sold! My skin has been so incredibly dry this winter, which means this hydrating mask could quite possibly be my life saviour!

Mecca Cosmetica The Primer Wardrobe: Another primer range I have been wanting to try out is the Mecca brand. Like the Smashbox kit, what better way to test out these primers, than with the travel-sized versions?

Too Faced Love Flush Blush Wardrobe: Can we just bathe in the glory that is this palette?! They are mini sizes all within a handy, sleek palette perfect for a vast variation of looks!

Too Faced Born This Way Foundation:  I am on the hunt for a new HG foundation so I am super keen to test this one out!

Urban Decay Vice Lipstick:  These lipsticks look DIVINE! I must own them all!

There you have it; another materialistic wish list for your perusal. In all seriousness I love makeup. It is a creative outlet for me, as well as making me feel confident and happy. I love making little wish lists as it inspires me for things to come, and it also promotes things out there that are new, or lusted after.

In a couple of weeks, myself and my best friend are going to go to the new Sephora on the Gold Coast, as well as Mecca (there will be a mecca wishlist coming as well!!). I thought I would compile a list of things that I am eager to try/add to my collection from Sephora. Some are off recommendations from fellow bloggers, and others are simply due to samples that I have tried being amazing!

Benefit Cheekathon Palette: I saw Ebony from The Black and White Guide share this on her snapchat and I was immediately smitten. I have been wanting to try the Benefit blushes and bronzer and honestly, this would be such a perfect way to try it. I believe its amazing value for money with the amount of product you get compared to buying the blushes as singles.

Kat Von D Lock-It Foundation: Recently I picked up a second bottle of Mac Studio Fix in my correct shade and I was super keen, however I was disappointed that due to it being so pale, the pigment wasn't all that great. I have heard amazing things about the coverage of this foundation so I am eager to test it out.

Becca Backlight Priming Filter: I received a sample of this along with my Champagne Pop Collection Face Palette, and I loved it. It made your skin look so luminous and healthy. My skin often looks dull, so I am super eager to give this a go.

Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick:  My best friend recently went to Sephora and picked me up a mini set of the Kat Von D liquid lipstick which also comes with a mini studded lipstick as well. I got the colour Outlaw and I tested it out yesterday for the first time. It may very well beat the Kylie Jenner Lip Kits in regards to my opinion on the formula. I want to pick up some full-sized ones and so far I am thinking Bow N Arrow and A-Go-Go.

Benefit Goof Proof Brow Pencil: Another recommendation from the love Ebony @ The Black and White Guide. I am eager to try this pencil out and see if it knocks out my Chi Chi Brow Pomade. Fingers crossed the darkest shade matches my brows!

Zoeva Pink Spectrum Blush Palette: I have heard good things about the Zoeva products, and their blush palettes look absolutely stunning. I would have to see the shades in person, but I think either the pink or the nude collection would be right up my alley.

Make Up Forever Ultra HD Foundation: I have heard many YouTubers such as Rachelleaa rave about this foundation and I have never even considered maybe adding it to my collection before today, but due to wanting more pigmentation I am eager to branch out and give a few different formulas a go!

Every now and then I want to share some of the things i am LUSTING over when it comes to active wear. Active wear is forever changing in style and colours, especially with the change of seasons. I don't own much active wear (although my boyfriend would probably have to disagree!) and it pretty much contains things from Lorna Jane, Running Bare and good old Kmart. I want to venture out into new brands so every so often I want to do some research of what is out there and present you with stuff that catches my eye.

Can I just start off by saying... HOW CUTEEEEE (yes the extra E's were entirely necessary) are these Victoria Secret gym bras! They look super supportive (big boob problems) and have so many different colours to choose from!

I have noticed that the theme for most Australian gym wear is of course transitioning into the darker tones for winter, so its super exciting to go on American websites and see the bright colours being brought out. If I had to choose, I would choose brights any day. In saying that there are some pretty nice winter items coming out. There is a LOT of mesh (especially with the new jackets with Lorna Jane) and I'm loving it.

As of recently, I have put myself on a clothing ban. I am not buying any clothes, except if there are workout clothes on sale for dirt cheap! This means no work clothes, no casual clothes, not even clothes preparing me for winter. I was looking around for new workout clothes (not that I have the money to buy them) for inspiration and motivation to lose weight, and these are a few of the items that caught my eye (SQUAT GOALS?! um.. YES!). I found out that Boohoo actually has some SUPER cute items of workout gear, at a super reasonable price, so that is why I have featured a few of their products above!

On the topic of clothing bans, I thought i would share few tips that have helped me declutter my wardrobe, and prepare me for when I eventually lose the weight, and won't need all these unnecessary items.

I spent four hours last Sunday going through every single item of clothing I own and putting them into separate piles. This is my first tip when decluttering, as it makes the process runs smoothly. I have one pile that needs to be chucked (this includes anything with really bad stains, or cuts, holes, tears etc that can't be salvaged), another pile for donation, and another pile for things you want to keep but don't fit right now.

Another helpful tip is when you are going through every item of clothing, ask yourself "Have I worn this in the last 6 months?" "does it fit?" "does it suit my style?" "Is it sentimental?" If the answer is no to all of them, then BYE BYE clothes.

When it comes to things that don't fit ( if you are going through a weight loss journey like myself) only keep items that either hold sentimental value to you (Formal dress, significant birthday dress, hand me downs from parent and grandparent etc) or items that you really need to keep around. I got rid of a LOT of stuff that didn't fit, and besides the few sentimental items, i kept all of my QLD Red's Jerseys, and a few other items of clothing that still suited my style that I wanted to keep for future use.

I felt so refreshed and clean after purging my unwanted and non needed clothes, especially when you know they are going to a better home, where they will be used, and not collecting dust.

Long story short, I am NOT buying any clothes till i start to lose weight as its just pointless to do so now if in a few months the clothes won't fit.

1. Asos Tulle Dress & Asos Blue Lace Dress - These are wedding inspirations. I am not engaged to be married, and even if i do get engaged soon, i probably won't be getting married for quite some time. But I have my whole wedding planned out already as I know it will be very simple and unique (PROBABLY not wearing white). The dress is a major MAJOR motivation key for me. There are so many simple dresses on Asos ranging from 100-400 dollars that suit my vision perfectly. Only dilemma is, they wouldn't suit my body shape right now. So even though I am not planning a wedding anytime soon, i still have it as motivation in the back of my mind.

2. Asos Bikini - Brad and I are planning to go to the coast next year for our anniversary, in roughly 4 months. In that 4 months, ideally i would like to weight a bit less, and feel more confident at the beach. I know realistically I probably won't lose HEAPS of weight in the space of 4 months, however I just want to feel confident in myself, both physically and mentally, so that I can have the best romantic getaway imaginable.

3. Rachel Aust - Hands down one of my favourite Youtuber's right now. Rachel is not only STUNNING, but she is a strong advocate for health and fitness. She is the co-founder of Eat Run Lift and is constantly uploading videos about food, health, fitness, and general tips on how to improve your lifestyle. Currently my source of inspiration !

Oh yes. Oh yes my friends. Aren't these a sight for sore eyes? I am so desperately needing new shoes for workout out, but I am not sure what kind to go for (and right now, with moving in the works, we have other priorities set in mind). I was scrolling through The Iconic and looking at their gym clothes, and then I stumbled into the shoes and I was in heaven! I don't have a particular brand of shoe that I go for, (both the ones i have are Nike though) however Nike just seem to have the best looking shoes. They are bright and vibrant and comfortable too! I know when  I am on the leg press machine and I am focusing on my feet, I would feel so much happier looking at these really bright and colourful kicks!

This collection isn't the latest (Running Bare come out with collections faster than you can say hello), however it is by far my favourite! It is so bright and colourful and VIBRANT! Gym clothes don't need to be all black and boring and basic. Experiment with bright colours and bold patterns. I always feel much more confident when I am rocking bright colours to the gym.

These are my favourite few items from the collection (there are a lot more on offer so go to Running Bare to check out what else they have on offer). I love the Fash Pack Workout Tank as it incorporates so many different colours, shapes and patterns that you normally wouldn't think to pair. BUT IT WORKS! I also love how the Rose Boyfriend Tank used bright colours on a grey background. It really makes the colours stand out and take a basic grey tank to the next level.

Sizes are limited due to high demand, so get in quick to score yourself some of these beauties!

Sometimes we need an extra pick me up when we are working out. For me, I feel most confident when I am in nice gym clothes that inspire and motivate me. All but one of these tanks are from Lorna Jane, and that's because Lorna Jane is constantly updating and adding new inspirational quote designs to their collection. I know it can sometimes seem a bit overpriced, where you pay 40-60 dollars for a tank, but Lorna Jane tanks are 100% worth it in my eyes! They feel amazing, they last forever, and they empower us LJ girls to keep going.

The first shirt (not being from Lorna Jane) is one i found on amazon. While I can't talk for the fabric, or how it wears as I have never worn one before...the quote stood out for me! Sometimes we get so frustrated at life, or even other people, and working out is such a good stress relief.
